I Make Tech Feel More Human.

I'm Priyadharshini, a Product Manager with a passion for human-centered design and the technical chops to bring it to life. I thrive in that creative space between a user's 'aha!' moment and an engineer's 'how-to', and this site is my canvas to explore it all—from professional deep-dives to personal curiosities.

A Little About Me

Before I was shaping products, I was shipping code. As a full-stack developer, I loved the logic and challenge of building software. But I quickly realised my real passion wasn't just in writing the code, but in architecting the *experience*. I was the developer who was always fascinated by the human story behind every feature.
Making the leap to product management was a natural evolution. It allowed me to combine my firsthand knowledge of building software with my passion for crafting the user's journey, creating products that are not only technically sound, but are a genuine joy for people to use.

My PM Superpowers

  • Full-Spectrum Empathy: I can empathise with the user's needs and the engineer's challenges, making for smoother, faster, and happier development cycles.
  • From Code to Customer: My background allows me to grasp technical constraints instantly, leading to more realistic roadmaps and better-informed decisions.
  • Clear, Concise Communication: Translating complex user stories for engineers, and complex technical trade-offs for stakeholders.

Currently Geeking Out On

  • Beyond the Feature Factory: Setting product goals based on measurable user outcomes, not just a checklist of things to build.
  • AI as a Creative Partner: Exploring how AI tools can boost coding productivity while learning prompt engineering and experimenting with new tools.
  • The Psychology of Onboarding: How can the first 30 seconds of using a product create a lifelong, happy user?

Outside of Work

When I'm not thinking about products, I'm usually diving into stories in all their forms. Here are a few things I've enjoyed lately.
